Payment information

At the moment only credit card payment is available. Of course you can pay with VISA and Master Card. We are trying to offer you more payment options as soon as possible.


Why are different orders generated with my shopping cart?

An order is generated for each artist. This is because you also enter into a separate purchase contract with each individual artist.


Why are shipping costs calculated per product?

Shipping costs can vary greatly from product to product. The artist can refund the remaining amount if he could combine the shipping costs.


When do I have to pay for my order?

With the completion of the order you are also obliged to pay for it. You do this after the completion in the order overview. As soon as you have paid for the order, the artist(s) will also ship your product(s).


Why is there a small quantity surcharge for orders under 50 CHF?

Since there are fees for bank transfer etc. for an order, we have to charge a small quantity surcharge for orders below 50 CHF please note that for this amount only the value of goods is added, but not the shipping value.
